Where are we going?

The vision here quite naturally grows out from our mission and values but its inspiration is rooted in these three principles, trust in the Lord in all things, testify to His faithfulness, and as it says in John 13:34-35, “… just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another”.

Our short-term or immediate future envisioned by us here is to minister to whom we can through the online ministry blog, Heralding the Light, with Godly teaching and testimony and by connecting them with other helpful and encouraging Christian resources via embedded web links.

Our mid-term vision for this ministry is to register as a legal ministry with the appropriate entities so we may able to start accepting item and monetary donations on behalf of other local, national and global ministries and missions, that forward the gospel and heart of God. For example, the Tumbleweed Runaway Program here in Billings, KLOVE Radio, a national Christian broadcast, and The Gideon’s International ministry for a start and of course to help fund the growing cost of financing this ministry.

Our long-term vision is necessarily ambiguous so early in this endeavor. For now, the short and mid-term visions are enough to set out in faith on this journey, trusting the Shepard’s loving hand for guidance for what lays beyond the horizon.

In this way, this ministry commits to standing against the enemy with our lives a fiery offering on the altar burning faithfully before Lord to shine His light out of the darkness of this world.

“The LORD is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?”

Psalm 27: 1
